As our Bikram Yoga Sweat Life Studio transforms once again I am so excited to be able to offer a Saturday morning class above Piko Wholefoods.
Book in your spot and come join me on the mat in this powerful movement that not only strengthens the body but all the layers of your being. Take time out of your day to get back to you and to move through some things asking to be felt.
The Bikram Method
Having taught for well over a decade now, my belief in the benefits of Bikram’s Method of Yoga has only grown.
The Bikram Method is a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises intended to tone the anatomy of our fascia by stretching, compressing and twisting in multiple directions, while also improving our endocrine, lymphatic, and digestive systems, increasing capillary blood flow and producing a strong, limber and comfortable myofascial and musculoskeletal system.
No matter who you are, or what your lifestyle goals may be, incorporating this age-old practice into your fitness and health regime provides an opportunity to build a powerful connection between body, mind and breath, with focus on bringing careful awareness to how you are moving your body and feeling whatever is needing to be felt.

The Bikram Method Book
I’ve worked so hard on this and I am so happy to be able to share it with you. So many people’s lives have been transformed by the Bikram Method, which I have aimed to practically and efficiently explain in the book as simple keys to your practice of self-study.

Virtual Downloads
As you join me in a virtual class my intention is to educate and inspire you with the precious and powerful movements of the Bikram Yoga Method.
These classes are designed for you to be able to roll out your mat any time you want, anywhere you want so you can challenge and move your body at home and create a beautiful self-practice using my voice only as a guide for you to explore your own mind-body connection leaving you feeling empowered, supported and moving more freely. Coupled with my Bikram Method book available for purchase you will be all set to go!
When taking a virtual class with me please remember to listen to your body, modify as you need to, add or remove poses to ensure that you are moving safely and with awareness.
*New class recordings will be added from time-to-time to spice things up!

Transitory Classes
Due to sadly losing our magical wee studio at the end of September and the time it will take to establish a lovely hot wee studio for us to meet on the mat again, I have looked into running a couple of classes above Piko Wholefoods… which could be fun!
Check in here over the next few weeks, Once I have a some set times, I will let you know and we can tee up a booking schedule.
